Step 1: Register for Free

Step 2: Buying Process
1️⃣ Request an auction deposit invoice.
2️⃣ Pay 100,000 JPY or 10% of the car price (whichever is higher).
3️⃣ Start bidding on your dream car!
4️⃣ Once you win, receive a proforma invoice for payment.
Step 3: Payment Methods
💳 Pay using your Proforma Invoice through:
✔ Bank Transfer (USD/JPY)
✔ PayPal (USD/JPY)
📩 Share your payment reference with us at info@myshatraders.com
📜 Once received, we’ll issue a payment receipt for your records.
Step 4: Inspection Process
🔍 Within 5 working days, we receive the Export Certificate.
🔧 Your car is booked for pre-shipment inspection as per your country’s import policy.
📩 Get notified about inspection schedules & results via email.
📜 Receive a soft copy of the Inspection Certificate within 5 working days.
Step 5: Shipping Process
🚢 We book the earliest and most reliable shipment to your country.
📅 Once the schedule is confirmed, we notify you via email.
📄 Within 3 days after departure, we send a Bill of Lading (BL) copy for your reference.
💰 If any balance payment is due, we’ll send an invoice.
Step 6: Document Delivery
📦 After balance payment, we issue:
✅ Surrendered BL OR Original Documents via DHL to your mailing address.
📑 These documents help you clear the car from the port and drive it home!
